Ozark Defeats Marshfield 2-1 in OT

The Ozark Tigers won their first game of the season by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday in Marshfield, but had to go to overtime to get the victory.
 
The score was tied 0-0 at the end of the first half of play.
 
In the 55th minute, junior Landon Hunter scored on a header off a corner kick taken by senior TJ Miner.
 
Score remained 1-0 until the 81st minute (stoppage time) when Marshfield tied it with a header off a corner kick to send the game to overtime.
 
In the second extra period, junior Zack Moore scored on a free kick from 24 yards out, putting the ball right in the corner of the goal, just past the goalkeeper.
