Lady Tigers’ Run Ends in Sectional Match

The Ozark Lady Tigers’ soccer season ended on Tuesday in the Class 2 sectional match against the District 11 champion Glendale Lady Falcons.  Freshman Emily Cline scored 4 goals for Glendale to lead her team to a 5-0 victory over the Lady Tigers.

Ozark finished it’s first season under the direction of new head coach Tom Davidson with an impressive 19-6-1 record, including 13 shutouts, and their first district championship in Class 2.  The Lady Tigers outscored their opponents by a margin of 73 to 26 on the season.  Congratulations ladies on a job well done!

    Last nights score does not reflect on what an awesome season the Lady Tigers had. You all played above and beyond this year giving it 110%. As a team you acomplished so much……. with a Victory over Catholic and Kickapoo, a shutout weekend in Sedalia and of course the District Championship. To the Seniors good luck in your future and to the rest of the team I can’t wait for next season to see what Coach D and the Lady Tigers are going to do!!!!!!!!!
